and 90's

- Has been prepared for over 40 years and continues to enthusiastically encourage others to be prepared!
Vern has served as a consultant for the city of Spokane during Y2K and as a SERE contractor for the Department of Defense where he was instrumental in helping write the Joint Services SERE Manual which the US military aircrews fly with today.
He often poses a simple question to his Spokane area students:
Would you, your family, and your neighbors
be able to survive with 0 services at -10º
for 10 days? (0-10-10 scenario)
If the answer is anything but a resounding yes, Vern’s class is for you!
"Vern Page is the most enthusiastic person I have ever known and he talks common sense about being prepared. He offers helpful suggestions and cost- effective ways of being ready. The class is fast-paced, practical, and fun!"
Dick Avery, Spokane Community Leader and former Pastor of Shadle Presbyterian Church
